His expertise also extended to the high-performance sports arena as a conditioning coach for the Australian Americas Cup Sailing Team, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence in fitness training.

Moving beyond his significant achievements, including a substantial client base and a rigorous personal training schedule, Andrew now channels his energy into TLC, aspiring to offer the best fitness experience in Australia.

James Taylor brings expertise and energy to TLC, shaped by his experience as a British Military soldier and personal trainer. With achievements including two Ironman triathlons, an ultra-distance triathlon, and multiple marathons, he understands the dedication and resilience required to conquer ambitious goals.

As a seasoned triathlete and dedicated father, James continues to challenge himself, currently training for the Great Ocean Road Marathon. Mic Smith brings 16 years of health and fitness expertise, with 11 years dedicated to personal training, including 6 years in some of London's most exclusive studios. His extensive experience in weight management, muscle development, and preparation for endurance events like marathons and trekking, showcases his commitment to long-term health and fitness goals.
